Chip Shields Information
Chip Shields (born 1959) is a Democratic member of the Oregon State Senate since appointment in September 2009. He previously represented District 43 in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2004 until appointment to replace Margaret Carter in Senate District 22.[1]
